By booking with myvnstrip, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds can be given for bookings canceled within the allowed time frame.
Refunds are usually processed using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

Note: Certain services like hotel reservations, boat rides, or local tour tickets may have specific cancellation rules set by the service provider.


2. Tour Package Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 If You Cancel:

  • 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund (minus any payment gateway fees)

  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund

  • No-show on tour day: No refund

2.2 Custom or Premium Tours

Special arrangements (e.g., private boats, photography tours, luxury vehicles) may have stricter rules.
Refunds depend on the policies of the third-party providers involved.


3. Hotel Booking Refunds

Hotel reservations follow the rules of the specific hotel:

  • 48 hours before check-in: Refund available

  • Less than 48 hours: No refund

  • Early checkout: No refund

Any advance or booking fee paid to a third party cannot be refunded unless the hotel provides it.


4. Boat Ride Cancellations & Refunds

Boat rides depend on timing and weather conditions.

If you cancel:

  • 24 hours before ride: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

If we cancel due to weather or safety:

  • You can choose a new time, or

  • Receive 100% refund


5. Airport Pickup / Drop Refunds

  • 4 hours before pickup: Full refund

  • 2–4 hours before pickup: 50% refund

  • Less than 2 hours or no-show: No refund


6. Payments Made by Mistake

If you make a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact us within 24 hours with proof.
We will verify and refund the extra amount.


7. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be provided in situations like:

  • Missing a tour due to late arrival

  • Changes requested after a service has started

  • Tours cut short due to personal reasons (illness, delays, etc.)

  • Services booked during peak festivals (e.g., Dev Deepawali) unless stated

  • Non-refundable hotel or boat bookings


8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are usually processed as follows:

  • Bank account: 4–7 business days

  • UPI: 1–3 business days

  • International cards: 7–14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
